What you have to do

Nothing. Start with the second list. It's the one most companies don't publish.

What we build, and what we don't build yet.

This page isn't a menu somebody wrote. It's the same list our proposal tool reads, and that tool refuses — with an error, not a shrug — to put an unfinished line into a client document. That's the only reason you can trust it. It isn't a promise to be honest; it's a mechanism that makes the alternative fail.

Client portal

Where your project lives: what stage it's at, what we need from you, what we've done, and what's next. Every approval is attached to a specific version that can't change after you approve it.

Ours works with JavaScript turned off, and every claim in this paragraph is covered by a test that fails if it stops being true.

Monitoring and incidents

Your site checked once a day: that it answers, that the page still contains what it's supposed to contain, that the certificate hasn't expired and the domain isn't about to. A person runs that round by hand, every weekday morning. When something goes wrong an incident opens on its own, and closes on its own when the site comes back — that half is code.

Part-built. You can buy these, and here's the half that's missing.

Custom website

Built: the build system and its 14 automated checks. Done, and proven against a file we keep permanently broken.

Missing: the one-command deploy. It runs as a dry run only. We build and verify with a system; putting the site live is still done by hand.

What that means for you: launch day gets a scheduled date instead of a button, and we won't quote you a rollback time until that pipeline has run for real. It doesn't change what you get. It changes what we're willing to promise about the hour it goes up.

Technical SEO

Built: structure, metadata, sitemap and legibility for the AI search tools, on every site we make. It isn't an add-on and it isn't a line item.

Missing: we have never measured its effect on a live site, because we have never put one live for a client.

What that means for you: it's included, and it is not a ranking promise. Anyone promising you rankings is guessing louder.

built into every site · effect never measured

Built enough to show you. Not built enough to sell.

3 services built but not for sale

Some of these are half-finished. 2 of them aren’t: the code is written, tested and works, and nothing runs them on a schedule yet. We’d rather say that than sell you a service whose whole promise is that something happens while you’re not looking.

AI chat and assistants

The architecture is complete and it's tested against a simulator. It has never been run against a real model.

That means we can't tell you what it costs per conversation, how fast it answers, or how often it's wrong. Those three numbers are the entire decision, so there's nothing to sell yet. When we've paid for a few thousand real messages, it moves up this page.

simulator only · cost, latency, error rate unknown

Monthly report

Generated from the data, which is why it includes the outages, and why it tells you what it couldn't measure instead of printing 100%.

nothing runs it on a schedule

Verified backups

Backups with test restores. Restored into a separate environment to prove they come back. Until that's been done it isn't a backup, it's a large folder with a hopeful name.

What we don't do

8 services not started

WordPress. Shopify. Dashboards and internal tools. Voice agents. AI automation. Business automation. Analytics, conversion work and content. Platform updates.

None of these exist here. Not "coming soon" — there's no date, and we're not going to invent one to keep you on the page.

If you need one of them now, we're the wrong call. We'd rather say that on a web page than in month two.

What you own

The domain, the code and the data. In your accounts, in your name, from the first day. There's no minimum term and there's nothing to cancel.

We'd rather keep clients with results than with paperwork, and this is the cheap part of meaning it.
